As all of our products are made to order we do not offer refunds. We do not stock branded or printed items, each item is printed upon order.

Returns and Exchanges

As each item is made to order we only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If your item arrived damaged or defective send us an email at with your order number, product issue and photos of any damage or concerns.

If for any reason a return has been arranged with us at any stage you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Once item is received a replacement will be shipped out to you.

*Please note we do not exchange for incorrect size or colour ordered. 


We offer free standard shipping Australia wide on all orders placed on our website. Some custom orders placed via email and invoice may incur a delivery charge. 

Delivery Times

All website placed orders are completed and mailed out within 1-3 business days. Stock permitting. Quoted custom order jobs done via invoicing will get an approximate turnaround time at the time of quotation. Turnaround time for custom jobs depends on workload, print requirements and/or supply stock.

All orders are shipped using Australia Post. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your order to reach you may vary. Due to pandemic and recent weather conditions delivery times have been unpredictable. This is beyond our control. The tracking number provided with your order will give you the estimated delivery timeframe via email or the Aus Post tracking website.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship within Australia. If you would like to order something from outside of Australia please contact us to see if that can be arranged.

Missing, Lost, or Damaged Items

All of our apparel and accessories orders are shipped with tracking via Aus Post. Should your order fail to be delivered for any reason please contact both, us and Aus Post. Let us know your order number and delivery issue via email so we can contact Aus Post to lodge an investigation.
